And Mary Ann Seidler recalls a harrowing experience, installing an FM audio processor in Mumbai, India, in a tall building that was still under construction!

Ed Bukont knows a few things because he’s seen a few things. Designing and building broadcast studios never grows old for Ed, because no two studios are ever exactly the same. Ed asks, “What are you trying to do here?” - a question that’s far more important than “What do you want?”  Ed shares some of the successful strategies he’s learned in dealing with individuals and with large bureaucracies while integrating useful technology into audio studios.
