You should look at the EZ-RJ45 system from Platinum Tools. http://www.platinumtools.com/products/100003.php. Cuts the time to make up RJ45 cables at least in half and you don't have to struggle with trimming the ends to 1/2" or less and struggling to make sure they all stay lined up as you shove them into the connector. Get both the connectors and the tool they make which is first class. Has definitely made wiring up my new Axia studios a lot easier.
