TWiRT 174 - Dan McQuillin & Beyond Listeners

Radio broadcasting’s one-to-many model isn’t broken, but it certainly needs an update. TV pushed radio out of the living room; iPods and smart phones pushed radio out of the pocket. But radio still engages us in ways that social media doesn’t. Dan McQuillin, founder of Broadcast Bionics, describes the kind of compelling listener interaction that radio broadcasters must engage in.
